How should I wash my Nibbi products?

Each garment has a label on the inside of the product showing how to wash it. To take care of the product in the best possible way, we recommend that you follow the instructions carefully. Products washed outside the washing instructions are not covered by the guarantee.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that the costs of customs and taxes are included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or taxes after you have placed your order.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a message that it is on its way. You will also receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package at any time.

What does the delivery costs?

We have free shipping over 2000NOK/200EUR, and the package is delivered free of charge. Orders under 2000NOK/200EUR will be charged with 50NOK/5EUR.

When will my gift arrive, and can I return it after Christmas?

Our normal delivery time is 1–3 days, but delays can happen. To ensure your gift arrives in time, please place your order before December 16th.All purchases made before December 24th can be returned until January 10th.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We work hard with our warehouse to ship your order as quickly as possible. Given this, we cannot cancel orders once they have been received. Once an order has passed through our checkout system, you will need to file a return so we can refund your purchase.The same is true for changes to your order. If you've ordered the wrong product/color/quantity, you can initiate a return after the delivery has been made. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct item(s). Note: You must have received the order to initiating a return.

I have not received confirmation of my order, what shall I do?

There are some common reasons why you may not receive your order confirmation. Your email address might be misspelled, the order confirmation is in your spam folder or the order has not yet been processed in our system. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, please contact us.

How will my package be delivered?

Norway: Your parcel(s) will be delivered to your house or nearest post office depending on what delivery option you choose in checkout. EU: Your parcel(s) will be delivered with UPS. UPS will contact you ahead of delivery and you can choose pickup at a UPS service point, home delivery or other alternatives.

Can I return an item purchased in a physical store?

Unfortunately, items can only be returned to the place of purchase. If you purchased through our webshop, you can return it directly to us. If you bought the product from a retailer, please contact that store for assistance.

We only cover exchange shipping fees in Norway. We do not cover return shipping fees. The original shipping cost is also not refunded.
