Exchange and Return Policy
We only cover exchange shipping fees in Norway. We do not cover return the shipping fees. The original shipping cost is also not refunded.

1. Email us at contact@nibbiclothing.com (in English or Norwegian) with the items you’d like to return or exchange, your name, and order number.

1. Visit this website, enter your details, including your order number under “Mottakers referanse,” and get your code or shipping label.
2. Send the products in their original packaging with the barcode attached. We only exchange and refund products where this is included.
3. Email us at contact@nibbiclothing.com (in English or Norwegian) with the items you’d like to return or exchange, your name, and order number. For faster refunds, provide the tracking number.
EU: How to exchange or return
1. Place the products in their original packaging, and make sure the barcode is included. We can only process returns or exchanges for items with the original barcode.

3. Send an email to contact@nibbiclothing.com including the items you’re returning or exchanging, your name, order number, and tracking number.
Keep your postal receipt until the return or exchange is finalized. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
