2.0 Prices

Each item shown includes VAT and taxes. In the checkout, you see the total price — including shipping cost. We have free shipping over 2000NOK/200EUR, and the package is delivered free of charge. Orders under 2000NOK/200USD/200EUR will be charged with 50NOK/5EUR.

3.1 Payment

The payment gets handled by the selected payment method at checkout. 

3.2 Card payment

We accept card payments by Amex, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and Vipps. Invoicing of your credit card is done directly.

4.0 Shipping

We have free shipping over 2000NOK/200EUR, and the package is delivered free of charge. Orders under 2000NOK/200USD/200EUR will be charged with 50NOK/5EUR.

4.1 Delivery methods

We deliver the goods with with you selected delivery method in checkout.

4.2 Deliveries

Orders are processed within the next working day and often delivered within 1-4 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address or nearest post office you have specified when ordering.

4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint

When you receive your order, check the goods for damage or defects. If the item is damaged, contact us at contact@nibbiclothing.com for further instructions. You have a two-year right to make a complaint by Norwegian law.

5.0 Refund

As a customer, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must return the item in its original packaging. While you may open the package and try the product, it should not be used beyond that. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost to receive the product will not be refunded, as the item cannot be resold.

6.0 Duty

We will refund the amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date, we received the goods. You must pay the return cost when returning goods.

7.0 Privacy, security, and personal information

When a customer places an order, they approve that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters.

10.1 Force majeure

In the event of Force majeure, such as fire, blockade, war, extensive labor dispute, environmental disaster, infection, or the like that prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations, the customer is not allowed a refund.

10.2 Change of contract

After the customer has purchased, the customer can not change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.

10.3 Complaints

If the customer has complaints, send them to contact@nibbiclothing.com.

10.4 Disputes and laws

Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Norwegian court.
